Critics call Wisconsin’s Medicaid fraud crackdown ‘bullying’

Gov. Scott Walker has touted Wisconsin’s efforts to root out fraud, saying that as of 2017, the state had identified $150 million in Medicaid and FoodShare fraud and overpayments.
