Elections commission: Moving 2020 presidential primary ‘extraordinarily difficult’, at taxpayer cost of more than $6 million


The six-person state elections commission, which is evenly split between Democrats and Republicans, largely agreed with what clerks statewide have said for weeks about the GOP proposal to move the 2020 presidential primary: the move would create a burden, lead to possible unintended consequences and cost millions of dollars. > Cap Times
