Not enough votes for Kimberly-Clark incentives package

A top GOP lawmaker said this week that Republican state senators don’t have enough votes to pass a bill that would offer Foxconn-style incentives to consumer products company Kimberly-Clark. Republicans in the Assembly passed the incentives in February after Kimberly-Clark announced plans for plant closings that would eliminate 600 jobs. > Wisconsin Public Radio
