Following myriad Pruitt scandals, Pocan offers amendment to fully fund EPA’s Inspector General


House Republicans voted earlier this year to underfund the EPA’s Office of the Inspector General, ensuring the agency won’t have enough resources to fully investigate EPA chief Scott Pruitt.
