Fact check: On two education campaign promises, Scott Walker falters

During his successful 2014 campaign for a second term, Gov. Scott Walker promised to repeal Common Core standards for K-12 schools, and to provide universal access to college courses. When PolitiFact Wisconsin checked these promises two years ago, they rated both of them “Stalled”. And since then, the governor hasn’t made much progress.
