Former DOT head is Walker’s chief critic on transportation

Mark Gottlieb resigned as DOT secretary in December 2016 after a six-year tenure, a departure he says resulted from his realization that Gov. Scott Walker was moving away from a goal he thought they shared: fixing the state’s transportation funding problem and its deteriorating roads. >  Cap Times
