Walker signs health insurance stabilization bill

Gov. Scott Walker signed part of his Health Care Stability Plan in Tomah Tuesday. The new law looks to lower premiums in the individual market, while other components aim to cover pre-existing conditions and obtain a permanent waiver for SeniorCare.
