Pennsylvania Supreme Court strikes down state’s congressional districts

In the latest news from the national gerrymandering front, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court has struck down the boundaries of the state’s 18 congressional districts, saying they “clearly, plainly and palpably” violate the state’s constitution. The ruling grants a major victory to plaintiffs who contend the districts are unconstitutionally gerrymandered to benefit Republicans. > CBS News
