With Senate vote, Wisconsin joins call for national constitutional convention

Wisconsin has become the 28th state calling for a controversial Article V convention to amend the U.S. Constitution, passing the state Senate 19-14 Tuesday night. If 34 states join, it would be first time the process has been used since the constitution was ratified in 1787, and experts fear for how it would play out. > Wisconsin Public Radio
