What will get Wisconsin out of last place in new business growth?

For the third year in a row, Wisconsin ranks dead last in the number of companies formed in each state. For every 100,000 adults living here, 210 of them started businesses. In Minnesota, the number’s 280 and in California, 420. Growth of new companies is important because they account for nearly all net job growth in the U.S. > Isthmus
