Wisconsin’s 2009 texting-while-driving law may be as obsolete as a flip phone, so lawmakers are introducing a bill that would update it by banning drivers from using an electronic device to “enter, transmit or access data” while driving. Talking into a cell phone would still be allowed. > Wisconsin State Journal
