Yesterday’s transportation funding play-by-play from Walker, Vos, Fitzgerald

Estimates released Wednesday show state revenues will hold steady next two years, not rise as budget-wrangling lawmakers had hoped. Walker says this strengthens his resolve against new taxes. Rep. Vos pledges Assembly won’t approve a significant roads debt, while Sen. Fitzgerald suggests borrowing against general fund and possibly toll roads are the answer.  > Associated Press
