Walker says he has no interest in higher vehicle fees, proposes tapping general fund instead

Gov. Walker said Monday that he wants to plug the transportation budget deficit by tapping general tax revenues instead of raising vehicle taxes and fees, but stopped short of saying he’d veto a fee increase if lawmakers include it in the budget.  >  Associated Press
