Rural county that favored Trump, Walker demands end to state’s gerrymandering

The Lincoln County Board recently voted 18-4 for a resolution demanding an end to partisan gerrymandering, in which top state lawmakers use powerful computer software and voting data to shape districts to their political advantage after each major census.  Lincoln County voted for both Trump and Walker.  >  Wisconsin State Journal
